How our Process Works

Design Phase

We assist clients via email, text & phone to come up with the perfect bespoke design that suits their personal preferences. You can modify one of our previous designs. Or you can send us inspirational images to show us the look you are wanting.

If you do not have photos for reference sketches are available for an added fee. All colors possible. Choose any fabric you want or leave that up to our design team.  Choose a size from our chart or submit personal measurements that can be taken by your local tailor or someone you trust.

Production Time

Once the design has been finalized we proceed into cutting & production of the garment.  Depending on the intricacy of the design this can take approximately 6-9 months.  Faster rush orders in as little as 2 months are also possible for a fee.

Once our professional design team feels your custom garment is close to perfection we'll reach out to you to let you know we are in the final stages so we can begin to arrange your balance.

Final Product

We do not send pictures of unfinished products.  We prefer the client to have their first opinion of the final product (actually on their body) in person instead of via a photograph.

Normally the design matches all of your preferences & references.  However, if there is an issue with the product we'll of course take care of it immediately.  Usually the fit is perfect if you have not changed in size. But when needed alterations can be easily handled by your local tailor.

I have received my Ball Gown, and it is absolutely gorgeous! A dream come true! (Just FYI—The side seams of the skirt did have to be redone due to puckering, my seamstress suspects the tension may have been off just a little when the delicate fabric was sewn, butno complaints!  It really is lovely.) I have recommended your company and the services you offer to all of my friends in VA, TN and MA.  I hope some will have occasion to use your company in the future.
